Excellent!

I don't like these kinds of animations, BUT it was very well done. I would of given you a 8 or a 9 if it wasn't this well done to be honest.

However, ONE thing I wanna note on, and I think I speak for every man when I say this. What's up with the tits on the end? They were NOT interesting.. Perhaps I demand too much but I think I deserved to see a nice pair of breasts at the end, since I watched the entire film D:

Silly cats

I have cats, and I can totally see them doing something like this. Witty little creatures. My cat usually wrecks the house in a day or two (she's a killing machine) and then looks at everyone else as if "Hey, why did you guys do that?" so it wouldn't surprise me if she tried this either.

good job, as I mentionned in your journal I think you should have had better art in this. Else it was really awesome.

Really awesome style, I was really impressed.
What I thought this lacked was a good voice actor. Or, a good quality to the voiceline. I hope all goes well for you in TOFA.

I liked the style

I liked the style a lot. However, i think you should finish your project before publishing anything here on Newgrounds. I'm looking forward to it.

(I get that it's a trailer, I just don't feel it's nescisary, you should finish your work and publish it all together to be honest)

Loved it

Loved the way you used motion tweening, loved the backgrounds and the movements of the characters. The style is simple and basic yet works perfectly for the animation.

What I however would want to point out that this episode lacks is that the pilot was way to much a pilot. Feels like it gives away what this is going to be about way too much. And I was a bit more excited to see what storylines the aliens had tbh. And what sucked is that the introduction is almost as long as the episode itself.

Also, I get it, the main human character (whatever his name was) is one of those cute sweet guys who falls in love with someone in the first episode. Feels like a Fry and Leela story, except without the raw jokes Futurama pull off.

Yes, we realized the risk of making it fully introductory. But a pilot is a pilot is a pilot. We've already decided that the second episode will be more lively and have some other shorts planned to head into that direction. Thanks for the review!

Do your homework

I actually don't like sprite animations at all. But I do like them when there still is some work put in to it. What I couldn't find in this animation was any funny joke at all. Just a reference to eating mushrooms and how it can affect you.

It made me even more sad that you didn't even animate a good mushroom trip for him. And correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I saw LSD to be a part of the mushroom itself? I don't think you did your homework on this one kid.

Anywho, for being a sprite animation it was really good. But still, a sprite animation none the less.
